What you can expect

Providing technical advice to our customers on measurement systems, sensors, and accessories
Assistance with commissioning, application, and troubleshooting
Handling technical inquiries via phone, email, and online meetings
Interpreting measurement data and providing support for application-related questions
Preparing technical documentation, application notes, and FAQs
Working closely with R&D, Sales, and Product Management
Participating in product testing and the further development of our solutions
Conducting customer training sessions and product presentations

What you should be able to do

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental engineering, soil science, geosciences, environmental sciences, process engineering, agricultural sciences, or a related field
Interest in environmental measurement technology, sensor technology, and measurement methods
Technical understanding and a passion for explaining complex concepts in an accessible way
Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
Good command of German and English
