What you can expect

You plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver our projects (e.g. lysimeter installations, Ecotron installations, etc.) at customer sites.
You independently organize the construction site and manage the project from start to finish.
You work closely with our production team, technical development team, and customer consultants.
You communicate decisions within the team and coordinate closely with the customer.

What you should be able to do

You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or have completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or electronics technician).
You have experience in work preparation, installation management, and/or construction site management.
You are well organized, work independently, and enjoy being part of a team.
You enjoy communicating with colleagues and customers.
You identify problems quickly and are motivated to find effective solutions.
You enjoy taking responsibility and leading by example.
You have a good command of German and English.
