What you can expect

Technical and managerial leadership of our electronics team (approximately five employees)
Active participation in the development of new electronics for sensors, data loggers, and measurement systems
Planning and managing development projects—from concept to production readiness
Developing analog and digital circuits and selecting suitable components
Overseeing prototyping, testing, validation, and transition to series production
Close collaboration with mechanical engineering and production teams
Further development of development processes, quality standards, and technologies
Supporting and developing your team members

What you should be able to do

Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician (e.g., for devices and systems or electronics development), a mechatronics technician, or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the development of electronic systems or measuring instruments
In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
Ideally, experience with embedded hardware, microcontrollers, and measurement technology
Initial experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of a team is a plus—however, we place greater importance on your personality and your ability to motivate and develop others
A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
Good command of German
