6.3.Purpose of data collection, processing or use
Umwelt-Geraete-Technik GmbH is an enterprise for the development, production, sales and service of measuring and diagnostic technology for soil-water-air analysis. It operates scientific instrument construction for environmental technology and monitoring and for lysimeter technology.
The collection, processing and use of data is done for the purposes stated above.

The legislature has issued a variety of storage obligations and deadlines. After expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data may be deleted if they are no longer required for fulfillment of the contract or for business purposes, and if they are necessary due to legal requirements.
6.7.Planned data transfer to third countries
A transmission to third countries is z. Currently not planned, otherwise the appropriate legal requirements according to the valid Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in its current version are created, and complied with.
A transfer to third countries is possible for the purposes set out in point 6.3, provided that it is a transfer by law for the purpose of carrying out those purposes.
