CMP 3 pyranometer
This transmitter is used to measure solar irradiance. Due to the spectral range of 0.31 – 2.8 µm, the device can also be used as albedometer in the sense of a double pyranometer.
The CMP 3 is smaller and lighter than other CMP pyranometers. It has a strong 4 mm glass dome which protects the thermopile from external influences. Its small size and waterproof construction make this instrument ideal for deployment in agriculture, for monitoring solar installations, in industrial applications and for use underwater. It has a screw-on mounting rod for simple installation. The device corresponds to “second class” in accordance with WMO and ISO 9060 and is supplied with the respective test certificate.
Advantages
- Very light (0.35 kg)
- Can also be used as albedometer
