At the Zurich-Reckenholz location a new lysimeter station was built at the campus of the Agroscope
Reckenholz-Tänikon Research Station ART. Altogether 72 lysimeters were monolithically excavated, each with 1 m2 surface area and a depth of 1.5 m.
Therefore it is the biggest lysimeter station in Europe.

The large capacity lysimeter station in Homécourt is carried on by our branch in France.The large scale lysimeter station consits of 24 weighable lysimeters each with a surface area of 1 m2 and a depth of 2 m.

Lysimeter with automatically closing canopy in case of rain, targeted irrigation and investigation of the reaction of different tree species to low water supply.

Hillside lysimeter installed in Sierre.
Currently unique, this lysimeter type specially developed for hillsides, fits into the surrounding slope exactly. The basic pr-requisite for this is the patented retrieval technology of UGT GmbH, which can be used without heavy equipment and can even be used in Alpine terrain.

The UGT GmbH built in Jeonju / Korea the biggest lysimeter in Asia. Altogether 54 large scale lysimeters equipped with the latest measurement technology were installed on the new premises of the RDA Korea [Rural Development Administration].
